I'm just a regular human being who happens to also have specialized training in mental health along with a passion for helping others. I've been a therapist for 10 years and started with CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and quickly transitioned into and ACT therapist (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which has been much better for both me and my clients. I also have training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) which is the gold standard for treatment of OCD and is super helpful with anxiety in general.
